Hospital car park works in progress
COFFS Harbour Health Campus advises hospital users and members of the community that car park construction work will cause some disruption to traffic flow at the hospital in coming weeks.
The works program involves the construction of a third traffic lane at the front of the Health Campus and the installation of boom gates.
This will require changes to traffic flow at the front of the campus and through the main car park.
A spokeswoman for the Mid North Coast Local Health District said signs direct traffic entering the site and the construction area will be fenced.
"All efforts will be made to minimise disruption during this construction phase," the MNCLHD spokeswoman said.
"The car park project, which will deliver more than 450 additional parking spaces, is expected to be completed by mid-year."
