Woolgoolga in national spotlight
BLUEBOTTLES Brasserie's award-winning reputation will be putting them in the spotlight this Thursday.
The popular television show, Sydney Weekender will be filming in the Woolgoolga restaurant.
Bluebottles head chef, Mr Gerard Geerligs, said they would be serving the television hosts with a choice of six different dishes from the breakfast, lunch and dessert menus.
While they were still working out the entire menu he would definitely be serving up the popular signature corn fritters dish and the fetta and herb hash with poached eggs, crisp prosciutto and cherry tomato compote.
“It's pretty exciting to get Woolgoolga on a national television show,” he said.
