Win family pass to fireworks

COFFS COAST residents are being urged to enter an online draw to win a family pass to the ultimate vantage point for the New Year's Eve fireworks in Sydney.

Member for Coffs Harbour Andrew Fraser said the NSW Government had opened a ballot to win one of 1600 family passes to celebrate New Year's Eve from the Cahill Expressway above Circular Quay.

"This is one of Sydney's most spectacular vantage points for the New Year's Eve celebrations and people in the Coffs Harbour electorate should jump online to win a family pass for five people to either the 9pm or midnight fireworks," Mr Fraser said.

"This is not a vantage point the public can otherwise access and a great experience that comes with pre-fireworks entertainment.

"The Cahill Expressway will also be a specially designated family area on the night," he said.

Entries are now open and close at midnight, Sunday, November 9. Entries are restricted to one per household.

To enter, visit www.rms.nsw.gov.au/nye.
