THERE is a reason for Sunshine Coasters to watch MasterChef this year. And that reason is Noosa barista Matt Sinclair.
Matt is a coffee roaster with Little Cove Coffee Co and self-confessed food lover.
The 27-year-old Tewantin resident whipped up a risotto during his MasterChef audition.
But risotto has been dubbed the "death dish" by the judges because it has been the downfall of many contestants previously.
