MORE than 300 kids and their families packed into Coffs Harbour Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinemas yesterday for an exclusive preview of the new Pixar film Wall-E, all in the name of raising money for Camp Quality.
Duty manager Kelly Micola said the day was a real success.
“It was absolutely fantastic. Tickets sold out, and the kids absolutely loved the movie - it's a great one for the family,” she said.
“It was $9 a ticket, and we sold 308 tickets. We raised approximately $2,800 for Camp Quality.”
The screening was part of a nation-wide commitment by Birch Carroll and Coyle.
“The film was shown at every single Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinema across Australia simultaneously to raise money for Camp Quality,” Kelly said.
