THE NORTH Coast has a record number of finalists in this year's NSW Tourism Awards.
Executive officer of North Coast Tourism, Belinda Novicky, said the community can support local tourism businesses by voting for the 2014 People's Choice award.
"We encourage community support for these local champions," she said.
"All they need to do is visit the website eventmobi.com and cast a vote for their favourite North Coast tourism operator.
"North Coast has 29 finalists in the awards, the most from any one region.
"Last year we took home a record number of gold, silver and bronze awards and we are hoping to build on that success in 2014."
Time is running out to register a vote with winners be announced at a gala presentation dinner in Sydney next Thursday.
