TWO women caught on video attacking a Victorian bus driver are now being sought by police.

Police in Melbourne's Dandenong are now asking the public to help find the pair, after the driver was assaulted on November 29.

The bus was travelling to the Dandenong Railway Station when it picked up the two women at the Dandenong Plaza Shopping Centre bus stop just before 3pm.

The two women did not use their MYKI cards, the Melbourne public transport card, to pay for the ride.

According to police: "When the bus reached its final destination, the driver asked the two women to pay their fares.

"The women became verbally abusive and then punched and bit the victim before spitting at him and exiting the bus."

One of the women is believed to be in her 50s, the other in her 20s.
