Vehicle 'pushed by truck' after collision

A WOMAN has avoided injuries after her car collided with a truck in Coffs Harbour this afternoon.

Just before 4pm, a female driver turned into the Pacific Hwy near Park Ave Ln when her Suzuki hatchback collided in to the path of a B-double truck travelling southbound.

The truck pushed the vehicle towards Park Ave as it came to a stop.

Emergency services were called to the scene and no injuries were reported.

Lane diversions were in place while crews cleared the site and traffic has now returned to normal.
