Two in a row the aim for Blues

HAVING spent another week in camp in Coffs Harbour, the NSW Blues are on the verge of a second straight Origin series win.

To claim the series though, the Blues will need to achieve a feat they've only done once before - winning a series decider at Suncorp Stadium.

It's rugby league's version of mission impossible but Blues coach Laurie Daley said the time spent preparing at Novotel Pacific Bay Resort would hold the team in good stead when the pressure's on.

"We've prepared really well, there'll be no excuses on our behalf," Daley said.

"We'll be there and we'll be giving it our best shot and if we're good enough, so be it."
