Two die in separate crashes on NSW roads

A DRIVER and pedestrian have been killed in two separate crashes on NSW roads.

One lane of old Pacific Hwy near Herons Creek was blocked for most of Wednesday where a man died after his car and a B-double truck collided.

Police were yet to identify the victim. The uninjured truck driver was taken to the Port Macquarie Hospital for mandatory tests.

In Sydney, a 31-year-old man was killed when he was hit by a car in the bus lane on a busy six-lane road at Collaroy.

Witnesses, including the car driver, performed CRP but the man could not be revived.
