Truckies happy for a Razorback memorial
BIG Rigs readers were thrilled to hear Wollondilly Shire Council was doing something to honour the memory of the Razorback Blockade.
Peter Keeley said something should have been done there a long time ago to remember what the guys did.
"To make the powers to be see,” he said.
Ricky Aik said it was about time.
"Maybe this will remind the government of what did and could happen again,” he said.
Graham Bower said the drivers who started the blockade did a lot for the industry, when everyone stood together and helped each other.
"They should be recognised for their efforts,” he said.
"The industry is run by bureaucrats at the moment.”
