COFFS Coast tourism operators have the chance tomorrow to get an insight into the latest market trends.

The Legendary Pacific Coast is staging a workshop on Obtaining and Understanding National and International Tourism Trends.

This Travelling Expert Workshop will be presented by Destination NSW's Strategic Insights Analyst, Amanda Coghlan.

Before joining Destination NSW specialising in analysing Australian and international tourism trends, Amanda undertook market research for major corporations including Coca Cola and Coles Myer.

"Her current specialty is analysis on current and long term trends around visitation to regional destinations," The Legendary Pacific Coast Project Coordinator, Ms Kim MacDonald, said.

"She also managed the NSW Destination Visitor Survey program which provides insights into the
travel behaviours of visitor to regional NSW."

The meeting is at the Coffs Harbour City Council Chambers and runs from 9.30am to noon, Wednesday, March 28.
