Toowoomba police charge 45yo with illegal prostitution

A WOMAN has been charged with illegal prostitution and a man with obstructing police in Toowoomba.

Investigators from State Crime Command's Licensing Enforcement Unit conducting investigations in Toowoomba charged two people yesterday afternoon.

Officers charged a 45-year-old Varsity Lakes woman with the illegal provision of prostitution and obstructing police offences.

A 59-year-old man was also charged at the premises, where prostitution was allegedly being offered.
