Thieves busy on the Coffs Coast

THIEVES have been busy in the Coffs Harbour area this week.

Between 12am and 4am yesterday, they climbed through an open window at a unit in Prince Street and stole two cameras, cash, a credit card and a navigation system.

At nearby Fitzgerald Street, intruders ripped off a flyscreen at a unit between 7.30pm and 10.30pm on Wednesday and stole a laptop computer, an iPod and a camera.

Offenders forced a rear sliding screen door to get into a house in Greenlea Crescent between 11.30am and 3pm on Wednesday.

Once inside, they rummaged through drawers and stole cash, a camera and lollies.
