Dealer's Choice at Jetty Theatre

'DEALER'S Choice' by celebrated UK playwright, writer and director Patrick Marber will take to the stage of the Jetty Memorial Theatre.

The witty but gripping play was critically acclaimed by UK audiences and it won the prestigious Writer's Guild Award for Best West End Play as well as the Evening Standard's Award for Best Comedy.

Marber is perhaps best-known as the writer of the smash hit films 'Notes on a Scandal' and 'Closer' and as the director of the Helpmann award-winning 'Hedwig and the Angry Inch'.

'Dealers Choice' is much more than just a comedy.

It is a compelling story about father-son, relationships, male bravado and a secret window into the world of men.

“It's a very good play given a fine direction by Craig Ilott,” Sydney Morning Herald.

Dealer's Choice is on at the Jetty Memorial Theatre from Thursday, October 15, until Saturday, October 17.

Performances are at 8pm with a matinee on October 17 at 2pm.

Tickets are: Adults $40, Concessions $34 and U21s $22.
