Coffs Coast named best holiday destination for families

THE Coffs Coast has named best holiday destination for families by Out and About with Kids magazine.

As part of the publications annual search for the best Australian Destination for Families was voted on by readers resulting in the Coffs Coast being rated alongside the Gold Coast and Tropical North Queensland.

The magazine highlights the region's beaches, national parks, accomodation as being perfect for a family trip.

Readers were asked to vote for the best three in 12 categories including best airline for children, best cruise line, attraction and destinations both international and domestic.

The release of 101 Things to do on the Coffs Coast, produced by Coffs Coast Marketing and the Coffs Harbour City Council, was also lauded for it's wealth of ideas.
