Telstra calls in to Sawtell
TELSTRA Country Wide will visit Sawtell RSL tomorrow and Thursday to provide customers with an opportunity to talk face-to-face with a local customer service representative.

Michael Sharpe, said the initiative was aimed at improving the experience for customers.
“Telstra Country Wide is committed to customers living in Sawtell and this visit is a testament to this,” Mr Sharpe said.
“This visit is designed to make sure our customers can discuss any issue – whether they're looking to update their mobile phone, have an issue with their bill or would like see if they are on the right mobile phone plan – we're here for our customers no matter what their telecommunications needs may be.
“Improving customer satisfaction is a priority for Telstra Country Wide and the company as a whole.”
