Teenage girls take up fight in park near police station

A TEENAGE girl has been charged with affray after starting a fight in Leslie Park.

The 14-year-old girl was seen by police attacking a 13-year-old girl on the side of the park closest to Warwick Police Station.

Police noticed the crowd of teens before the fight broke out as teenage boy with the girls was wanted for a break and enter.

The commotion broke out as two police officers crossed the road, and they quickly intervened.

The 14-year-old girl will appear in Warwick Children's Court.

Police also charged the 14-year-old boy in relation to a break and enter on Tooth St.
