Teams flock in for Nambucca Challenge Cup

TWO days of fast football will keep the fans happy at Coronation Park.

Nambucca Valley Strikers are hosting the 38th Challenge Cup with three divisions of football catering for 37 teams with female footballers dominating the draw.

Most clubs from North Coast and Mid North Coast Football Zones will participate along with a couple from the Tablelands.

West Pymble and Strathfield will represent their Sydney metropolitan competitions.

Play starts at 6pm Friday with six teams in the Over-35’s division.

Games start on Saturday at 8am.

The tournament will wrap up later that night at the adjacent Nambucca League and Sports Club.
