Hotshots aim big

LADIES - get the gang together for a night of eye candy and music with the Sydney Hotshots this October.

The all-male revue will be taking the stage at the Monto RSL on Sunday and The Waves on Friday, October 7 with their show Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.

Six male dancers will entertain the crowds with dancing, games and audience participation.

Five-year veteran Hotshot Paul said while the audience was generally well behaved, country and regional crowds did get a bit more vocal than their city counterparts.

"The finale is a big part of the show and because the girls know it's almost over you have to be a bit careful," he said.

"Sometimes you might be delayed a bit getting back on stage for your cue."

But grabby females were not the only obstacle the strippers encountered in their show.

"Sometimes the stage is a little hard to see and you can step off," he said.

In his five years touring Paul said he had fallen off a stage twice.

Unusually, joining the Hotshots was something Paul's mother suggested to him.

"It was something to keep in shape," he said.

"I was doing some acting and modelling at the time."

Tickets are available from the venues.
