Swans hit top gear at back end of match to fob off Kangaroos

THE THIRD and final quarters proved fruitful for Coffs Swans in the tangle with North Coffs at Fitzroy Oval.

Swans poured on the pressure with 14 goals to nil in the period, blowing the Kangaroos right off the park.

It was still a big improvement by the comeback club that managed to produce five majors after last week being trounced by 200 points in the visit to the Hastings.

Meanwhile premiers Port Magpies had to fight all the way for their points in the local derby against Camden Haven while Sawtell-Toormina bounced back to form with a 36-point winning margin over Grafton.
