Service group expands with upgrade

IT'S a breath of fresh air for this local service organisation.

Catholic Community Services has celebrated the opening of its new office at 4/1 Duke St, Coffs Harbour - complete with restful koi carp in the lobby.

The statewide organisation has been active in Coffs Harbour for seven years and has grown rapidly in that time.

With services now offered on the Mid North Coast, in Dorrigo and in Bellingen, a space upgrade was much needed.

"We are a service organisation working with the aged to ensure people are able to safely stay in their own homes," Catholic Community Services Senior Coordinator Cheryl Post said.

"These new premises will mean much easier access for the public and our clients and show our commitment to providing quality services in Coffs Harbour and the Mid North Coast area."

Locals who are interested in knowing more about Catholic Community Services, which provides coordinated in-home care and support to older people and mental health respite for carers, are invited to phone on 6651 9177 for further details.
