Sarina seniors have last laugh

SARINA State High School seniors have had the last laugh on their final day of schooling forever.

They hitched a giant sign out the front of the school reading "School for Sale”.

"Fifty-four room, six toilets, pool, gym, fully air conditioned,” inviting interested buyers to call the school reception number.

The post was then circulated stating, "If you're looking for a nice spacious and extravagant place then we've got what you're looking for.”

"Does come with 700+ students and teachers, selling to the highest bidder.”

Although humoured, viewers said the students might need to pay them to buy it, rather than the other way around.

Such jokes are common on seniors' last day of school across the country, as they celebrate the end of 12 years of hard work, and their last day in school yards.
