Roadworks scheduled for Grafton main road
MOTORISTS using the Summerland Way will face disruptions at the northern end of the Grafton Bridge in the coming days due to scheduled roadworks.
Roads and Maritime Services plans to resurface the Fitzroy St section of the highway between Clarence St and Villiers St from June 4.
The nightworks will take place from 6pm to 2am and work is expected to last for two nights, weather permitting.,
MS will have traffic management and reduced speed limits in place.
Access to Villiers St from Summerland Way will be restricted for short periods of time during the work. Sign-posted detours will be in place.
RMS said they will attempt to minimise noise by completing noisier work before 11pm.
