Rally shuttle to raise funds for Coffs Harbour Hospital
SPECTATORS to the Coates Hire Rally Australia can benefit from a free shuttle service this weekend which will support the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
Hyundai and Rally Australia have joined forces to donate a Connex Vital Signs Monitor with stand valued at over $5000 to the Paediatric and Adolescent Ward at the hospital.
The money will be raised by receiving $15 from donations for every ride in the Hyundai Tuscon Trail to enable the purchase of the vital medical equipment.
The Tuscon Trail is a free shuttle service from Coffs Central Mall to the WRC Service Park from Friday to Sunday.
Six cars will be used for the service which begins at 10am.
The service will run continually throughout the day.
Rally Australia chairman Ben Rainsford and former Hyundai WRC driver Chris Atkinson launched the trail service on Tuesday which they said was a great way of supporting vital health services.
