Popular Toowoomba CBD cafe hits the market

A POPULAR Toowoomba cafe has hit the market three years after opening.

Pony Espresso Cafe was listed for sale by owner Glen Hoey on the Toowoomba Buy, Swap, Sell site on June 8.

"Located in the Toowoomba CBD, this Espresso Bar currently seats 30 people inside the cafe area and 16 outside, with potential to double the seating both inside and out," Mr Hoey said in his post.

"With a regular and growing customer base, this cafe is in a great location with easterly views over park lands, with lots of foot traffic as well as 3000 cars passing each day.

"Established three years, our Melbourne urban café style fitout creates a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for customers to sit and enjoy one of our breakfasts, lunches and delicious house made sweet treats."

Mr Hoey added that the business had low overheads and easy operation. He and his wife opened the cafe out of a unused area at the back of their IT business in 2016.

"It's ready to sell, the next move is yours," he said.
