Police use capsicum spray to subdue man

CORRECTION: A story published earlier on this website reporting that a juvenile had been subdued with capsicum spray at Kruger State School was incorrect.

Police confirmed this morning that a 34-year-old man was arrested and charged with trespassing and obstructing police.

The man was allegedly at the school after police were called to reports of three children playing on the roof of one of the school buildings.

Police used capsicum spray on the man before taking him back to the watchouse.

The QT apologises for the earlier error.
