Police seize more than 3,300 cannabis plants
CANNABIS plants taken from Bowraville, Bakers Creek and Upper Taylors Arm were part of a four-day police operation.
The State Crime Command's Drug Squad joined the Police Air Wing, PolAir and local officers in raiding illegal crop sites as part of its Cannabis Eradication Program.
Other locations found to contain illegal cannabis crops included Ballengarra State Forest, Coopernook, Crowdy Bay National Park and Kippara State Forest.
In total 3,331 cannabis plants with an estimated potential street value of more than $6.5 million were seized.
