Police investigate Coffs Harbour home invasion

DETECTIVES are currently investigating an alleged home invasion and assault at Boultwood St, Coffs Harbour on Sunday night.

Police attended the scene at about 8pm yesterday evening.

Coffs Harbour Police said three men broke in to the property and assaulted the 45 year old male occupant.

The man sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Police said at this stage they are seeking assistance from the community to identify the three men, who police believe fled the scene by motor vehicle just after 8.30pm.
