Petrol boycott

SOME years ago I read where they had a boycott on buying petrol for just one day somewhere in the USA. I assume everyone made sure they had enough in a jerry can so they didn't have to buy any on that day.   I am sure people passing through don't buy petrol in Coffs and probably the truckies don't either, we need to get it out to everyone in the area from Woopi to Bonville not to buy any petrol anywhere in Coffs on a particular date.   I am sure losing the revenue from even just one day would give a signal to service stations that we are sick of being ripped off.   MARION BEER
