Perfect arrangement for florist

NATURAL Elegance Florist is in full bloom after moving to a new shopfront at Toormina.

You might remember owner Kylie Lewin from a story around Valentine's Day last year after Big Ted, a giant teddy bear, was stolen from her shop.

Since then Big Ted has been recovered and donated to Westmead children's hospital and Kylie, who has operated the business in Coffs Harbour for 14 years, has moved to allow for expansion.

“I've been making and selling Balinese-style concrete statues as well,” Kylie said. “I bought moulds and equipment and pour them myself ... It's pretty heavy work.”

Kylie also runs floral-art courses from her new location.

And, of course, she still provides fresh floral arrangements, bouquets and gifts for all occasions, bridal bouquets and boutonnieres, baby arrangements with soft teddy bears, and arrangements with chocolates, champagne and fruit.

Natural Elegance Florist is situated in the Caltex complex on Toormina Road, in front of Centro. Phone 6651 3655.
