School holds scrapbooking marathon

SERIOUS scrapbookers and cardmakers will have the chance to hone their skills at the Woolgoolga High P&C Scrapbooking Marathon.

The marathon will be held on May 1 in the school’s library from 9am to 10pm.

The cost of the day will be $25 which will include morning and afternoon tea and dinner.

Participants will have lots of time and space to enjoy their favourite pastime and they will have a bit of fun as well.

The theme for the marathon is ‘mums are super’ and to prove it everyone is invited to wear their best tiara.

Throughout the day there will be a stampin’ up demonstration, scrapbooking display as well as raffles and silly games.

Bookings are essential and places are limited as each enthusiast will have their own table to work on.

Participants need to bring their own lunch, tools, equipment and a sense of humour.

Reply by April 24 to the school with your name, contact phone number and cheque in an envelope clearly marked Scrap Marathon Woolgoolga High School P & C, Centenary Drive, Woolgoolga, 2456.

Further details can be obtained by phoning Sue on 0403 955 817.

All profits from the day will go into P&C funds which support the school with resources to enhance educational outcomes.

Woolgoolga High P&C is an active group and support the students with educational resources.
