PACIFIC Highway traffic at Eungai Rail was disrupted for two hours this morning as paramedics and emergency crews worked to free a trapped occupant after a two car collision.
An alert was issued around 7am when the highway was blocked in both directions following the traffic incident near Station Street.
Police later put diversions in place to allow cars to alternate around the scene.
However, lack of passing room saw heavy vehicles including B-doubles forced to remain stationary while the site was cleared.
The highway was reopened just after 10am.
No information is available on the condition of the trapped motorist.
