Our Brumby's crowned one of upper crust

BRUMBY'S Coffs Harbour owners Bronwyn and Craig Norman have been crowned finalists in Brumby's Franchisee of the Year in New South Wales.

Retail Food Group - owner of the Donut King, Brumby's Bakeries, Michel's Patisserie and bb's cafe franchise systems - announced the award at this month's national conference.

RFG chief executive officer Tony Alford said the Brumby's Coffs Harbour store had developed a legion of regular, loyal customers due to the Normans' diligence.

“The Normans have again raised the 'excellence' bar in the past 12 months with Brumby's Coffs Harbour providing outstanding customer service, consistent product quality, continuing employee satisfaction, and commendable profit margins,” he said.

“The Normans realise the importance of fostering fantastic relationships with customers, promoting customer loyalty and providing consistently high quality products.”
