IN a driving display fitting of a world champion to be, leading WRC title contender Sebastien Ogier swept through for consecutive stage victories, south of Coffs Harbour today.

In the zone, the Volkswagen Motorsport driver recorded a clean sweep on the Day 2 stages that started at Tucker's Nob.

"Today was perfect, I am really happy with the day going into tonight's super special stage," Ogier said.

Establishing a lead over Citroen's Mikko Hirvonen and Kris Meeke, Ogier may be closing in on the points needed to secure the WRC Drivers Title while looking to avert any drama.
