New Shoppingworld business creates new jobs

A NEW tenant is setting up shop in Kingaroy.

Kingaroy Shoppingworld centre manager, Chris O'Rourke, said TV Direct would fill the old Mathers store in the centre.

The business sells well know "as seen on TV products" such a bamboo pillows, the NutriBullet and even drones.

Mr O'Rourke said it was an exciting addition to the Shoppingworld family and it would create jobs for South Burnett residents.

The business is looking for a store manager, assistant manager and workers to cover lunch hours.

Mr O'Rourke said the business would open on September 6, starting out as a six-month pop-up shop.

Depending on support, he hopes TV Direct will stay on as a permanent tenant.
