New beginning for LifeHouse Church

COFFS HARBOUR’S LifeHouse Church congregation has every reason to be in good spirits at the moment.

They’ve just marked the first Sunday in their new building in Orlando Street, the beginning of a new chapter as the church continues its work in the community.

More than 700 people turned out for the special event.

“It was a very exciting day for us,” said Pastor Steve Spence.

“We had a very large roll-up for the celebrations. It was a good morning for us.

“It’s a better facility for our congregation and much more comfortable. It’s more accessible and the car parking is much better.”

The church recently moved from its Alison Street headquarters and an official opening is being planned for the near future.
