Mystery of $3m lottery winner

THE luckiest person on the Coffs Coast is $3 million richer today - and they may not even know it.

A Powerball entry purchased at Boambee Central Newsagency won the $3-million First Division prize in Thursday night's draw.

But since the lucky ticket buyer is not a member of NSW Lotteries Player Club, officials have been unable to determine who the winner actually is.

And there's every possibility the ticket owner is completely unaware they are now a multi-millionaire.
