Mum is looking for witnesses to accident

FOR single mum Sharnae Rogers, having a car is a necessity - so when she was part of an accident between the BP and Network Video on the Pacific Highway at Coffs Harbour on Monday, she was devastated.

Ms Rogers was in her silver Mitsubishi Magna just outside the BP about 12.30pm when she was struck by a vehicle apparently trying to merge from the right lane to the left.

The incident caused extensive damage to her car, and as conflicting stories as to the details of the accident have emerged, Ms Rogers is looking for any witnesses that can help clarify the events leading up to the accident.

"My registration is due in three weeks and the insurance company have said they will take three months to review the claim because of the conflicting stories. I just want someone who saw what happened to come forward so we can sort this out."

If you saw the incident on Monday about 12.30pm between the BP and Network Video, contact Sharnae on 6652 7459 or 0421 659 586.
