More frost to come as winter sets in for Toowoomba
THE mercury has hit its lowest mark in Toowoomba this winter with temperatures dropping to 3.6 degrees yesterday morning.
That follows a chilly 3.8 degrees on Sunday and a top temperature of just 12.5 degrees on Saturday.

Bureau of Meteorology senior forecaster Michael Knepp said it was likely the frost would be gone by Friday with cloud cover and moister conditions arriving.
"These are fairly widespread frosts," he said.
