TROUBLED professional boxer and swimsuit model Lauryn Eagle has allegedly been caught driving under the influence of drugs in broad daylight.

Eagle was pulled over in a black Audi Q5 for a random drug and alcohol test just before 10am on Wednesday.

Her lawyer Adam Houda rejected suggestions Eagle had taken illicit drugs, and blamed any ­potential positive reading on prescription drugs.

Police say the 29-year-old was subjected to a random ­alcohol breath test but she returned a negative result on the side of Henry Lawson Drive at Peakhurst in Sydney's southwest.

She was then asked to do a random drug test and she allegedly returned a positive result for methamphetamine.

Mr Houda denied any wrongdoing on Eagle's behalf.
