Media doctor to speak at seminar

SANDRA Cabot will present a seminar in Coffs Harbour on March 29.

Dr Cabot is a well-known media doctor and the author of at least seven books on how to improve your health.

She also sells and promotes supplements and other health products.

She regularly speaks publicly about women’s health, hormonal disorders and naturopathic medi- cine and is a consultant to the Australian Women’s Health Advisory Service.

She has also spent time working in the department of obstetrics and gynaecology in a large missionary hospital in India’s Himalayan foothills.

Her books have titles like The Liver Cleansing Diet; Boost Your Energy; Handbag Health Guide; and Don’t Let Your Hormones Ruin Your Life.

She promotes therapies, foods, exercise and supplements for conditions such as fatigue and loss of energy, and hormonal problems such as premenstrual syndrome, post-natal depression and menopause.

The Coffs Harbour seminar is titled It’s Time to Boost Your Metabolism and time will be allowed for people to talk to Dr Cabot and have their personal health questions answered.

Topics will include liver health; fatty liver and how to reverse it; anti-ageing therapies; weight loss secrets and how to spark up your thyroid and balance your hormones.

The seminar, designed for both men and women, will be held at C.ex Coffs from 7pm to 10.30pm on March 29.
