Marine life out in force for divers

THE Sunshine Coast has experienced amazing diving conditions this week, with 20-25 metres visibility, and 26C water temperature.

There has been quite a strong current over the past few days, though.

I would say that that is because of the full moon.

These fantastic conditions look like continuing throughout the weekend.

We dived the ex-HMAS Brisbane on Monday and Mudjimba Island on Wednesday.

Divers saw plenty of marine life out and about.

A slipper lobster, spiny lobster, octopus, blue spotted rays, nudibranchs and large schools of small tropical fish were among the sightings.
