Man dies after collision with truck at Urunga

A 93 year-old man died in Coffs Harbour Health Campus last night after a crash with a B-double truck at Urunga yesterday.

The man was leaving a service station and turning onto the Pacific Hwy when his sedan and the heavy vehicle collided about 11.40am.

The man, from Urunga, was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus.

The driver of the truck has undergone mandatory blood and urine tests.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
