Man charged over alleged sexually explicit comments to boy

A MAN who allegedly made graphic sexual comments to a teenage boy in Macksville last week has been charged.

Police claim a 62-year-old man approached a boy on the Pacific Hwy on Wednesday (JULY 29) and made sexually explicit comments to him.

The 16-year-old notified police, who arrested the man and charged him with an attempted act of indecency and intimidation.

He was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Macksville Local Court on Thursday, August 4.
