Loopy vocal show

MUCH more than a singer, Mr Percival is a vocal artist and innovator - painting with his voice, using a looping pedal to create rich sound-scapes and sublime grooves.

His album and show Out Of The Loop is the result of 20 years spent performing live and exploring the power and scope of the human voice.

An accomplished jazz singer and vocal teacher, Mr Percival spent the '90s touring the world with James Morrison while developing a technique of vocal layering to create his whole band of instruments.

A trip to New York to study under his mentor Bobby McFerrin (acapella master artist known for his incredible vocal percussion techniques) inspired Mr Percival to create the live show Out Of The Loop, leaving audiences mesmerised ever since.

Pretty good for a guy who left school at 17, becoming the youngest ever finalist in The Australian Singing Competition.

You can be part of the magic, music and mayhem that is Mr Percival in a rare chance to catch the complete Out Of The Loop show at The Bellingen Memorial Hall this Saturday.
