Local is Rippon it up in Sydney

LOCAL stunner Brittni Rippon has been doing Coffs Harbour proud at the 2010 Ralph Swimwear Model of the Year Finals this week.

Ms Rippon, who won the regional finals in Coffs Harbour back in February, has been mixing it in Sydney with 42 of the hottest swimwear model wannabes Australia has to offer, for the past five days.

Between media shoots, learning dance routines, meeting and greeting some of Australia’s biggest celebrities and preparing for tonight’s grand final, it’s no surprise Ms Rippon had no time to talk yesterday.

Event co-ordinator Aaron Ainsworth said the girls were busy rehearsing for the grand final but was impressed with our girl.

“The quality of the girls is excellent, definitely up on last year,” Mr Ainsworth said.

“All the girls are bubbly and friendly and they’re having a great time.”

If successful, Ms Rippon will be awarded a spot on the 2011 Ralph Swimwear Calendar and share in $50,000 in cash and prizes, including a feature shoot with Ralph magazine.
