LKM Capital report due

INVESTORS in Coffs Harbour company LKM Capital will soon know more about the recoverability of $28 million in debentures, with a new report by the receiver completed yesterday.

A spokesperson for receiver Ferrier Green Krejci Silvia said the report on potential distributions, a timetable of payments and details of a future debenture holders meeting, was completed by the end of this week.

“The receiver has continued to seek out harder evidence of what will be recoverable and are now in a better position to brief holders on what they can expect to get back,” spokesperson Graham Cassidy said.
