Expert advice for local property market

THE Coffs Coast Advocate's Real Estate Property Week is bringing one of the world's leading real estate branding experts to town.

Peter Hutton is renowned for creating "locally famous" real estate brands which out-perform their competitors without the usual high-pressure sales hype and gimmicky marketing.

Peter is the CEO of Agent Brand Co. and the director of sales and marketing at Style Estate Agents in Brisbane. He has been recognised as Australia's Best Real Estate Agent in the International Property Awards and sold close to 1000 residential properties in his 20-year career.

But Peter's expertise doesn't end there. He is also a regular speaker at industry events and author of books including The Key: 21 secrets to Selling Your Property For More, and Small Agency, Big Brand.

Peter says he has helped many agents and agencies go from being one of the "average 95%" to joining the "top 5%".

The seminar is for real estate agents only and a place can be booked by contacting Kath Tucker on 6650 2930 or at kath.tucker@coffscoastadvocate.com.au.
