Letter to the Editor - Wednesday, June 11:Worse than the dogs

I DO NOT agree at all with G. Edwards regarding barking dogs.

We live in a fairly quiet street where half the residents have dogs.

Dogs bark for a reason, separation anxiety, need attention or a walk, not left at home for 12 hours a day.

Speaking to the owners got me nowhere so I went to the ranger who paid them a visit. Things have improved immensely.

There is absolutely no reason or justification to resort to poisoning these poor animals. Shame, shame, shame, G. Edwards you are worse than the dogs.
